Christmas, Super Bowl, birthday or any other reason to have a party.

I lost track of how many times I have been asked to bring my “famous” bean dip to a party. It is extremely easy and tastes delicious! I think the simplicity of it makes it even more enjoyable. Originally, I got this recipe from a friends’ mom, but over the years I have tried different variations of it. This bean dip recipe only has 4 ingredients but you can modify it in many ways.

Ingredients:
- 3 cans of Fritos Bean Dip
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- Shredded cheese
Instructions:
All you need to do is put all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and use a hand mixer to blend them well. Once it is smooth and creamy, transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted. You can also put it in the microwave until the cheese melts if you don’t have access to an oven. Serve with tortilla chips to dip with.

Alterations:
If I am trying to be healthier I will use the light versions of the cream cheese and sour cream. You can use all 3 cans of regular Fritos bean dip but I like to throw a spicy one in there for a little kick. If you want to add additional ingredients some good options could be black olives, green chilis, tomatoes, onions or more. If you want to add another kick, you could sprinkle pepper jack cheese on top.
