These days I have been avoiding the scale. I know it will be a number I won’t want to see. Having to stay home during quarantine has done a number on me and I still had plenty of residual baby weight leftover from the last couple of kids. I have been stress eating and eating plenty of comfort food in these unsure times.

Over the next month, I’ll be sharing my experiences with the book and diet. You will be able to see my changes and hopefully how it is working for me.
In this diet book “Always Eat After 7PM” there are 3 main phases. The first phase is Acceleration and lasts for 14 days. It kick-starts the program to see rapid results. The Main Phase teaches which foods to eat when, in order to get the weight-loss goals you are looking to achieve. The last phase is called Lifestyle. You will learn how to keep the weight off for good.
Sounds good to me!
But what really struck a chord with me was this:

Having the energy to keep up with my 3 active boys is crucial for me. I struggle with not eating later in the evening because I try not to eat a huge heavy dinner which means I am hungry around 8pm. If I don’t eat and go to bed hungry, I am starving in the morning. I am excited to see how this program works for me! Stay tuned next week for my next update.
